Manpower Services Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Manpower Supply

We supply skilled, semi-skilled, and general labor to industries under agreed durations, categories, and job roles.

2. Recruitment & Documentation

All supplied workers are pre-screened, medically fit, and documented in accordance with Saudi labor regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe working environments, clear job instructions, and timely supervision of deployed staff.

4. Payment Terms

Billing cycles are monthly unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt.

5. Termination

Contracts may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice, subject to conditions and dues clearance.
